Who Requires Mold Testing or Asbestos Testing?
Prior to beginning any commercial renovation, construction, or demolition projects, air quality and asbestos testing certification may be required for permitting. Air Quality Environmental consultants provide both field inspections to detect the presence of asbestos, mold and bacteria, and reliable analysis utilizing our certified, in-house laboratory. AQE also offers thermal imaging (dry-out imaging) for new construction or pre-construction to ensure safe environmental / air quality levels.
